Villa Flor is able to accommodate up to 12 people and measures approximately 300 sqm. distributed on two levels: the ground floor includes a large living room with separate living and dining areas, overlooking the swimming pool. The floor also houses the master sleeping area, with 3 double bedrooms each equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with tub.

Two other bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the basement floor, which also has a second kitchen with a large living area and fireplace.

The property is located in the “L’Ancora” residential condominium; an area of villas overlooking the sea near the famous La Pelosa beach and Punta Falcone, equipped with a beach club, nice cafes and restaurants, a marina and diving center. The crystal clear waters and the white beaches are only 300 meters away and can therefore be reached with a very short walk.
